Let the chef take you on a relaxed tasting journey through the flavours of our kitchen. The Chef’s Pizza & Pairing Experience brings together gourmet pizzas, carefully chosen starters, house sauces, and thoughtful drink pairings in a menu designed to be shared and enjoyed at an easy pace.
The experience begins with a selection of starters that introduce the style of the kitchen, followed by a series of pizzas created by the chef. Each pizza has its own character: some may highlight the simplicity of excellent ingredients, while others may explore more unexpected combinations, seasonal produce, or richer gourmet toppings.
Between courses, the chef or a member of the team can introduce the ingredients, explain the inspiration behind each dish, and share a little of the Italian food culture that informs the menu. The aim is not a formal fine-dining performance, but a warm and generous evening where guests can discover new flavours without losing the joy and informality of pizza.
